The context is the chatbot’s basic knowledge base, enabling it to answer users’ questions. You can feed this chatbot knowledge base, and therefore the context, with your own information.
The information available to the SmartSearchWP chatbot is as follows
- the pages
- the articles
- products(Woocommerce addon)
- content in ACF custom fields(Advanced Custome Fields add-on)
- pdf files(pdf addon)
You can choose whether or not to activate a page, article or product so that it becomes part of the context.
To train the SmartSearchWP chatGPT chatbot, you need to configure the contexts on the plugin’s “Contexts” page. You select the pages, for example, that the chatbot should take into account when responding, and click on “Train AI”. This will train the chatbot with your content. Then simply click on “Activate”, to make the page part of the overall context of the chatbot chatGPT for WordPress.
You can then modify parameters such as temperature, number of contexts, similarity threshold and accuracy threshold to define how the AI should respond in the ‘general parameters’ section.
