If your premium license seems to be linked to another site, but you haven’t used it yet, you can solve the problem by following these steps:
- Access your account page on the SmartSearchWP website(https://www.smartsearchwp.com/my-account/orders/).
- Find the orders section.
- Click on the “Reset ” link to delete the URL of the currently associated site.
- Return to the site where you installed the plugin and resubmit the license key. This will link the site url to your license key.
This will dissociate the license, so that you can activate it on the right site. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
